Curve Restaurant and Bar – This restaurant is airy and light from floor to ceiling, modern decor and a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant has an extensive menu with a wide variety of fish dishes as a seafood grill and bar. Chef’s specialties include seafood tortelloni Essence and New England clam chowder with whole roasted trout, to be followed by special section of the curve, or roast rump of Welsh lamb with a spicy ginger eggplant parcels, mint and garlic yogurt California Cabernet Sauvingon. Diner can also choose from selected seafood daily from Billingsgate market prepared with different sauces to accompany the catch of the day. Low carb, low cholesterol and fats pages are also available.

Manhattan bar and terrace – Stylish, Funky New York-style bar, which offers a selection of cocktails served in a hip and lively atmosphere. Classic cocktails include cosmopolitans and Mojitos from selected cocktail jugs are available for groups and low-carb and low fat options for the entire conscious. Dishes with snacks can be ordered for shipment or for those who want something more substantial Marriott Burger or Classic Triple Decker Club sandwich available until 11:30 pm.
